Refund policy
Legal Guarantee:
All our products have a legal guarantee of 6 months from the date of purchase. Mundo Geek does not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
The legal guarantee will be valid in the points mentioned in the consumer law (applicable in Chile, ask for the guarantee corresponding to your country), as long as the failure is not attributed to the customer, misuse of the product or intervention by it.
If the product has been modified (in any of its parts), scratched, painted, cooked, opened, disassembled, tampered with, etc. or if due to misuse, improper use, use for which it is not designed, the guarantee will not be valid for any reason. Giving the customer the option to repair, in cases where possible. The cost of the repair will always be the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer and/or importer guarantee:
Some of our products have a manufacturer or importer guarantee, in these cases the responsibility to respond for product failures is the exclusive responsibility of said company, entity or person. We will provide all the facilities to deliver the product and return it to the customer, in which case the delivery times are beyond our responsibility. Products with this guarantee are not subject to legal guarantee by Mundo Geek, transferring this responsibility to the manufacturer and/or importer. In the case of our lightsabers, our supplier provides a one-year guarantee which can be enforced with Mundo Geek acting as an intermediary to make the process easier.
