What are the customer service hours?

Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m (GMT-3). These hours apply to customer service via Instagram and our email contacto@mundogeek.cl, which are our only means of contact. All queries made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be answered on Monday or the following business day.

 

What payment methods are available on the website?

We currently have Mercado Pago and bank transfer
